The following individuals recently joined the staff at the Fred C. Church Inc. insurance agency, based in Lowell:

* Kelly E. O’Connor, of Northbridge, has been named director of wellness services.

She will work with clients to help build effective wellness programs, which assist in improving and maintaining the health of employees.

O’Connor holds a master’s degree in public health from the University of Albany, Rensselaer, and a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania.

She is a certified wellness program manager and certified in public health.

* Caroline Soto, of Chelmsford, has been hired as a personal insurance account manager.

She brings more than 25 years of industry experience, and is a licensed property, casualty & life-insurance producer. She holds the designations of accredited adviser in insurance (AAI) and certified insurance service representative (CISR).

* Malina Say, of Lowell, has been hired as a personal insurance account manager.

She began her insurance career in 2014, and brings several years of customer-service experience. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Salem State University.

Dr. Le Santha Naidoo has joined the practice at Groton Wellness, a Groton-based provider of biological dentistry and integrative medicine.

As a doctor of osteopathy, she is a fully trained and licensed medical doctor. Her holistic approach combines conventional medical techniques with her distinct philosophy and approach to whole-body patient care.

Naidoo works with patients on environmental detoxification (Groton Wellness has an environmental detoxification medical spa), stress and weight management. She also treats patients with chronic fatigue, diabetes, hypertension, hormone imbalance, Lyme disease, auto-immune disorders, Alzheimer’s, autism, and ADD/ADHD, among others concerns.

She holds a doctor of osteopathy degree from Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Scott Skidmore has been named vice president of sales at Permabit Technology Corp., a Cambridge-based provider of data-reduction technology.

His responsibilities include growing the company’s number of partners and revenue, as well as developing programs that accelerate delivery of the company’s solutions through reseller and distributor channels.

Skidmore brings more than 20 years of related experience, including a stint at Nashua-based EqualLogic before it was sold to Dell. He has also worked for EMC Corp.
