Meet Krish Shankar who may join Infosys as its new HR head

The Human Resource chief for South Asia at Infosys was looking for a new human resources head after Srikantan Moorthy moved to another role in the company recently.
Sources familiar with the developments said Shankar, an XLRI-Jamshedpur alumnus, is likely to join Infosys in November. The firm also announced the appointment of Richard Lobo as the HR head for its Indian operations earlier this month.
Shankar, however, did not approve this move, saying “there is nothing like this on cards." An Infosys spokesperson told ET that the company could not comment on speculation related to hiring.

He was a business partner for the regional organisation and functions of customer development, supply chain and finance at Unilever.
A management reshuffle has been underway at Infosys after CEO Vishal Sikka took charge. Infosys had announced in February that it was realigning its organisational structure effective 1 April, to sharpen its competitive differentiation across service lines.
