Reference is made to the announcement of Anton Oilfield Services Group (the "Company") dated 16 May 2016 (the "Announcement") with regard to the Transaction. Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Announcement.

As set out in the Announcement, a circular (the "Circular") containing, among other things, details about the Transaction should be despatched to the shareholders of the Company on or before 6 June 2016. As additional time is required to finalise the information to be included in the Circular, it is expected that the despatch date of the Circular will be postponed to a date on or before 30 June 2016.
