Phillips 66® Aviation, the nation’s largest network of branded aviation fuel dealers, today announced the appointment of Jeremy Wheeler as director, supply and military exports for general aviation. Wheeler replaces Keith Reneau, who recently retired from Phillips 66 after working for the organization for more than 30 years. Wheeler will report to Greg Hart, manager, general aviation, and work out of Bartlesville, Okla.

“Since joining the Phillips 66 organization, Jeremy has shown himself to be a strong leader, driving tangible benefits for the business,” said Hart. “I am confident that he will transition well into this pivotal role.”

Wheeler has a proven track record working in the energy sector. As director, supply and military exports, he will be responsible for coordinating with both internal and external parties to ensure that a steady supply of avgas and jet fuel required to fulfill Phillips 66’s branded, unbranded, military and international export sales is available and delivered on a timely basis.

Prior to joining Phillips 66 Aviation, Wheeler worked in wholesale sales and retail operations for an international oil and gas company. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University in business administration.
