The good news is everyone wants you; developers are throwing themselves at your feet, creating renderings of what your new corporate campus will hypothetically look like. Three desperate interested developers in Atlanta have taken note of the latest news involving GE and released unsolicited renderings to catch your eye. First there was Three Alliance Center, then Atlantic Station and the latest contender is Assembly, who, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, started brown-nosing released renderings of their proposal yesterday. Now it's up to you: Where do you want to relocate?

Glitzy and glamorous with its faceted glass walls, Three Alliance Center is the brainchild of local architects Mack Scogin and Merrill Elam. The Tishman Speyer development is surrounded by high-end shopping, is close to MARTA and offers good visibility from Georgia Highway 400.

While it may not be as in-town as the other two options, the new development perched on Interstate 285 is highly visible and provides direct access to MARTA. Plus being next to a movie studio is pretty cool.
