Paul Pogba may soon become the world's first £100 million footballer—but for now, he appears to be dealing well enough with the pressure.

Relaxing on a holiday in California with his agent Mino Raiola, Pogba, 23, posted a picture to social network Instagram showing him larking around in a swimming pool.

"We say it all by saying nothing at all," Pogba wrote, immediately sending expectant United fans across the world into a frenzy in an attempt to work out what, if anything, the Juventus star meant.

Pogba left United in the summer of 2012, having become disillusioned by what he perceived as a lack of first-team opportunities under the club's iconic manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

He is now understood to be keen on a return, though Juventus, who recently made striker Gonzalo Higuain the second most expensive player of all time, will force United into breaking the £100 million barrier. That would eclipse the previous world transfer record, held by Gareth Bale when he moved from Tottenham Hotspur to Real Madrid in the summer of 2013 for around £86 million.
