Deliveries in Santos are "Back to Normal"
Friday March 27, 2015
Bunker deliveries made by Brazil's Petroleo Brasileiro SA (Petrobras) in the Port of Santos are now back to normal after operations were suspended earlier this week, the company announced in an emailed statement.
The company said that service had been interrupted Tuesday night due to a "delay of the port replenishment."
It was reported Wednesday that only cruise ships had been receiving fuel during that time, according to shipping agents Williams.
Last year, Petrobras announced that it would be adding a new bunker barge to fellow Brazilian port Rio de Janeiro.
