Adobe Systems Inc. (ADBE) Pulled Back On Weak Outlook

Adobe Systems Inc. (ADBE) reported second quarter adjusted EPS of $0.48 after the bell Tuesday, compared to $0.37 a year ago. Revenues were $1.16 billion, compared with $1.07 billion in the prior year. Analysts expected EPS of $0.45 on revenues of $1.16 billion. The company expects to report third quarter EPS of $0.45 to $0.51 and full year EPS of $2.05. The consensus estimates are for EPS of $0.54 and $2.08.

Adobe Systems fell in early trade Wednesday and slipped further in the early afternoon. Shares finished down by 2.03 at $77.91 on above average volume. The stock closed testing the lower end of a 1-month trading range at the highs of the year.
