The cartoon hamster was a part of the Hasbro's latest reboot of the brand "Littlest Pet Shop," which in 2014.  It was sold in a package with another Yorkie terrier by the name of Benson Detwyler.

Deadline.com reported that Faulkner's lawyers had sent a notice about the matter to Hasbro in January '15 but no action was taken.  The notice had stated that the toy infringed on on her name and her physical features.

Reporters added that the toy was available for purchase off Hasbro's online store until this summer. However, "It can still be bought on Amazon and through other online sites," NYPost.com said.

The toy's packaging is another factor that is making the Fox News anchor enraged. The packaging states that it is a "Choking Hazard."
