Thank you to Nutrisystem for providing me with product, free of charge, in exchange for this honest blog review. All opinions are 100% my own.

I am at the starting line! This week I begin my Nutrisystem journey. I am so excited. I have downloaded the Nutrisystem NuMi app to help me log my food, activity, and water. I have read and reread the materials sent with my first food delivery. I feel confident that I have the tools and support to be successful.

It is very important to me that I involve my two young daughters in this journey. They have gone through my foods and are excited to help me plan my daily meals. We have discussed what it means to have a balanced diet and why water and exercise are important.

My daughters are also looking forward to exercising with me. We have a few pieces of exercise equipment in our home office we can workout with. I have several exercise DVD’s we can do. We also have a large yard we can walk when the weather allows. We are in this together. They are my best motivators!

How will I be keeping track of my changes? On Monday’s I plan to weigh and measure myself. I like measuring at several points so that I can monitor change. I will keep track of my arms, chest, belly button, hips, top of my thighs and above my knees. Each week, I will share my loss and grand total with you.

If you ever have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask them in the comments. I will do my best to answer them. If I don’t have the answers, I will find someone who does.

Thank you for following my journey!

I wish you all the best on your new journey. I can’t afford the nutrisystem meals, but I can certainly learn how much exercise, water and things that go long with it. It is nice they have an app for you to keep track. It is also nice your daughters will see you exercise- you mind find yourself playing which IS exercise and you and the girls will get to spend time together.
Looking forward to reading bout your journey!

Good luck! I have to be able to eat nearly the same food as my family – can’t afford another meal. I did Weight Watchers and had good luck. I just had surgery this summer so trying to get back to working out.

  • Well, good luck with your journey. It sounds like you do have the best tools and support. I wish you well.
