Not every Apple product gets a big, showy product launch. On Tuesday, the company quietly refreshed its line of iMacs and released new accessories
The most impressive upgrade comes to its 21.5-inch iMac, which is now available with a Retina 4K display. The entire line of 27-inch iMacs now come with Retina 5K displays, unlike before, when only the top-of-the-line model featured the technology.

All of the iMacs will get a boost in the graphics and processor departments. The 27-inch model starts at $1,799, while the 4K 21-inch iMac will cost you $1,499.
"From the first iMac to today, the spirit of iMac has never wavered — deliver the ultimate desktop experience with the latest technologies, gorgeous displays and cutting-edge designs," Philip Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of worldwide marketing, said in a statement

Apple also released the Magic Mouse 2 ($79), which glides more smoothly across a wider variety of surfaces than the old mode and features Force Touch, giving iMac users increased control over their desktop
The Magic Trackpad 2 ($129) adds Force Touch to a surface that is 29 percent larger than its predecessor. Apple slimmed down its Magic Keyboard ($99) by 13 percent despite the fact that the keys are actually wider. The new iMacs ship with the improved mouse and keyboard, with the trackpad available as an extra.
