Lightbridge Academy(SM) to Open New Child Care Center in Bethlehem Township

New Jersey-based Child Care and Early Education Franchise Expands Focus Beyond the Garden State’s Border

PISCATAWAY, NJ (PRWEB) October 08, 2015 - New Jersey-based Lightbridge AcademySM made good on its plan to expand its unique brand of child care and early education beyond the borders of the Garden State. The franchise company has no intention of slowing down as it announces its ongoing expansion into Pennsylvania with the opening of Lightbridge Academy of Bethlehem Township in October 2015.

Located in the new Madison Farms development, the child care facility has an overall aesthetic that meets the highest of standards, showcasing warm designer color palettes, wood-like flooring, and tailored window treatments. With nine classrooms and a multipurpose room, the early learning center spreads out over 11,400 square feet and has a capacity for 200 children.

Eager to open his doors to the delight of children and working families alike, newest franchisee center owner – and father of four – Steve DiNunzio believes the Lightbridge Academy concept is the ideal fit for Bethlehem Township. He believes the concept will resonate with families everywhere thanks to Lightbridge Academy’s focus on the nurturing and education of the whole child, as well as the needs of working parents.

“I researched other franchises, but ultimately chose Lightbridge,” recalled DiNunzio. “We were really drawn to the fact that Lightbridge AcademySM is a company that truly values their customer. Working parents are the backbone of the American economy and this is exactly our core customer; working parents who want the best for their children. What could be better than a place where children want to come and learn every day, parents feel supported and secure dropping their children off and the staff loves what they do”

Seasoned education veteran and Bethlehem Township native for the last 20 years, Heather Semple, joins DiNunzio at the helm of Pennsylvania’s first Lightbridge Academy in the role of Center Director. She is excited to show area families what makes this early education and child care concept so special. “I am looking forward to seeing the positive impact of Lightbridge Academy's educational program throughout the community,” said Semple. “The Circle of Care philosophy at the heart of this amazing company balances the needs of children, parents, staff, owners and the community as interconnected and equally important. These are a few of the aspects that differentiate Lightbridge AcademySM from other centers in the area.”

Lightbridge Academy’s proprietary Seedlings Early Childhood Education Curriculum utilizes a “whole” child approach to learning and enrichment including Handwriting without Tears™, a reading/writing readiness program, Musical Beginnings, American Sign Language, Spanish, and more. Teachers are provided with cutting edge technology to enhance parent communication and the learning environment. iPad technology and interactive whiteboards enhance the educational program by bringing learning to life and an e-Communication app provides parents with real time classroom updates, pictures and videos of their child’s day.
The state-of-the-art center will also offer enhanced services to support the working parent including extended hours from 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., a biometric finger scanning security system, closed circuit cameras in each classroom and outside play area and ParentView® internet monitoring, which allows parents to stay connected to their children throughout the day.

Lightbridge Academy of Bethlehem Township is now enrolling and prospective families are invited to schedule a tour of the facility by calling (610) 866-5400 or emailing Heather Semple, Center Director, at bethlehemtwp_pa@lightbridgeacademy.com
