Sonders: Underlying Market Volatility is Concealed

(Bloomberg) -- There is a remarkable disconnect between policy uncertainty and market volatility says Liz Ann Sonders, chief investment strategist at Charles Schwab. She told Daybreak Europe's Anna Edwards and Caroline Hepker that some market volatility in the VIX is masked, amidst sector dispersion. Sonders also gave her take on the Fed dot plot in 2017 and the US economy, arguing that three US rate hikes this year is very likely.
