Oclaro Inc. (OCLR) announced after the bell Wednesday that it now expects to report second quarter revenues of $153.5 million to $154 million. Prior guidance had been for revenues of $146 million to $154 million.
Oclaro gapped open higher Thursday and rose sharply during the first half hour of trade. The stock was range-bound for the rest of the session and closed up by 1.35 at $9.48 on the highest volume of the year. Oclaro climbed to over a 2-week high and re-crossed its 50-day moving average.
