Group 1 Automotive Raises Quarterly Dividend By 4.3% To 24 Cents a Share

Group 1 Automotive Inc. said Wednesday it is raising its quarterly divided by 4.3% to 24 cents a share. The owner and operator of car dealerships said the dividend will be payable March 15 to shareholders of record as of March 1. Shares were not yet active premarket, but have gained 59% in the last 12 months, outperforming the S&P 500 , which has gained 25%.
