Panda Express to open in Calhoun

Plans have been submitted for the construction of a Panda Express Chinese Kitchen restaurant. The restaurant will be located at 755 Hwy 53 E, beside McDonald’s. It will take the place of a currently abandoned gas station and will be another option for residents of the community as well as for those traveling through Calhoun, due to its location being convenient to Interstate 75.

Engineer’s drawings show that the American Chinese cuisine restaurant will be 2700 square feet building. The owner is identified as Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. from Rosemead, Calif.
