Shop 'n Save Stores opening this week

Four Shop 'n Save grocery stores will open this week in Washington County in former Food Lion locations.

The Hagerstown stores at 761 E. Wilson Blvd. and 17718 Virginia Ave., and the Smithsburg store at 22401 Jefferson Blvd. will open Wednesday under the Shop 'n Save name. The Hagerstown store at 18717 North Pointe Drive will open Thursday.

The Hagerstown store at 18360 College Road opened Saturday.

The parent companies of Giant/Martin’s and Food Lion merged in July. As part of that move, 22 Food Lion stores in the region will become Shop ’n Save locations.
