Starbucks Worker Pays It Forward At Manhattan Bomb Scene

"I wish I could give a little more."

Sometimes a small gesture can make a big difference during tense times.

In the wake of a Manhattan bomb blast that injured 29 people over the weekend, video of a Starbucks employee thanking emergency responders at the scene while handing out free coffee and pastries has touched many on the internet.

It certainly moved the emergency personnel on the receiving end.

“Thanks a lot, man,” an unidentified man wearing a fire department shirt said.

“I wish I could give a little more,” said the worker, who identified himself as Jermaine. Jermaine said he worked at a Starbucks near the blast site.

The video was posted to Facebook by KnightNews.com, and quickly gathered millions of views.
