Duane Morris, which a week ago took on a half-dozen lawyers from a dissolving New York litigation boutique, hired the founders of a San Francisco-based IP boutique. Meanwhile, Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck scooped up Reno, Nevada-based IP shop Watson Rounds.
