Monday Night Football preview: How to Watch Online Seattle Seahawks vs Detroit Lions (NFL Preview)

The Detroit Lions try to end their struggling streak as they visit CenturyLink Field to face the Seattle Seahawks in the National Football League.

To be played on October 5, 2015, the match is on 8:30 PM ET.

This is a tough Monday Night Football match as the Lions are trying to get their first win of the season, while the Seahawks are trying to go .500 at the expense of the visiting team.

So far, it has been a tough season for the Lions. A team normally seen as a strong offensive squad is struggling to put points on the board.

Their biggest outing so far is in Week 1 where they scored 28 in a 33-28 loss to the San Diego Chargers.

Since then, the Lions have failed to reach at least 17 points in their games against the Minnesota Vikings and the Denver Broncos.

Even with quarterback Matthew Stafford and Calvin "Megatron" Johnson at their disposal, the dysfunction currently within Detroit is hindering them from moving forward.

Add that to the fact that they are now facing a complete Seattle team and one that is playing at home, then the odds are really stacked against the Lions on Week 4.

Seattle finally rebounded from their 0-2 start with a win over the Chicago Bears.

Prior to their victory, Seattle lost a close game to the St. Louis Rams before being battered by the Green Bay Packers.

However, Jimmy Graham seems to be finally settling in the Seahawks offense and the return of Kam Chancellor has reinvigorated the Legion of Boom which spells trouble for offensive teams.

It was on full display when they thrashed the Bears 26-0 to record their first win.

And what makes things more difficult for the Lions to handle is that Seattle are now scoring points aside from stopping opponents from mounting any offence.
