OAKLAND (KRON) — In just a matter of weeks, voters will be deciding on whether or not to legalize recreational marijuana.
Medical pot has been legal for 20 years in California, but much of the industry is just coming under state scrutiny.

At this nursery, they create starter plants, so medical cannabis patients can grow their own.
