Amdocs Ltd Reports 5% Rise In Q4 Profit

Amdocs Ltd (DOX) revealed earnings for its fourth quarter that rose from last year.

The company said its bottom line came in at $130.35 million, or $0.84 per share. This was up from $124.27 million, or $0.78 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.82 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 2.9% to $926.78 million. This was up from $900.26 million last year.
