VMware Offers IaaS, SaaS Platforms Via NASPO ValuePoint Deal With Utah


TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 25, 2017 — VMware (NYSE: VMW) and the state of Utah have inked a nine-year agreement for the delivery of infrastructure-as-a-service and software-as-a-service platforms through the National Association of State Procurement Officers’ ValuePoint vehicle, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.

The company said Thursday the agreement works to enable state governments and other public sector or education agencies across the U.S. to procure VMware cloud and IT services.
