As part of the ongoing Kid's Page series, NJ Advance Media asks students in kindergarten through the eighth grade to answer questions. This week's question is "What are your favorite places to eat?"
My favorite places to eat are The Cheesecake Factory, Chocolate In The Oven, Bridge Street Bagels, Panera, Applebee's, and Jimmy's. The Cheesecake Factory has good cheesecake. Chocolate In the Oven has such good caramel apples. Bridge Street Bagels has good French toast bagels. I love the blue goo cotton candy sherbert at Jimmy's. Panera has good salads. Applebee's has good Caesar salad. Those are my favorite places to eat.

Although I do prefer eating out occasionally, I think my favorite place to eat is at home. I enjoy the feeling of sitting down and eating as a family. It kind of makes you forget about all of the chaos going on around you. Also, when you are at a restaurant it is normally crowded and loud, as where at home you're free to talk without having to shout over loud noises. Home cooked meals also feel more special than having someone make your food. All in all, eating at home is, in my opinion, the best place to eat.

Not only is it in a good location, but in the alley where it is located there are shows and concerts on Saturday. Lastly, Sushi Palace of course has really good sushi. That is why Sushi palace is my favorite place to eat.

On the occasion that I eat somewhere other than home, the two places I love to go are Freshii or Panera Bread. There is something about those two places that makes them so much more appealing to eat at. At Freshii, they offer such healthy and customisable dishes and though it may be a little pricy, it is good food. At Panera, their strawberry poppyseed and chicken salad that they offer during the summer is amazing. I totally recommend it. I know I sound like a total health freak but after eating at these two places, you would feel the same way.

The best place I have ever eaten was in Philly. It was on the river and was right next to a yacht club, so we got to see all of the boats leave. When you walk in, there are fans, misters, and loud music. The entire place was made of recycled wood and metal. We went upstairs and the service was amazing, within seconds the waiter was there. I ordered a BLT and when it came it was on a bamboo plate which was pretty cool. The food was amazing and when we left I will never forget that meal. That was the best place I have ever eaten.
