Big changes are on the dining horizon at Boyd Gaming casinos in Las Vegas. Next up, Ondori Asian Kitchen, which plans to open in March at The Orleans. Three more restaurants are also in the works there. Look for the resort to spend $30 million on restaurant changes. The Las Vegas Review-Journal also reports that two restaurants at both Gold Coast and Sam's Town will change. Du-pars Restaurant & Bakery lands a second location at Suncoast, replacing the coffee shop. Boyd manages and operates all of the restaurants except Du-pars.
