San Francisco-based JUUL Labs Inc. announced Thursday that Gerald “Jerry” Masoudi has been named chief legal officer, effective July 9. Most recently, Masoudi was executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary at Celgene Corp. He once served as chief counsel of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
