EPR Properties Q3 Profit Advances 17%

EPR Properties (EPR) released earnings for its third quarter that increased compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $68.33 million, or $1.17 per share. This was up from $58.46 million, or $1.08 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $1.13 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 9.7% to $108.34 million. This was up from $98.74 million last year.
