DSP Group VoIP Chipset Solution Selected by Cetis Group

Cetis Group, a manufacturer of hotel guestroom telephones under three telephone brands, TeleMatrix, Teledex and Scitec, recently selected DSP Group’s (News - Alert) VoIP chipset solution to power its next generation of advanced IP telephones.

DSP Group is a global provider of wireless chipset solutions for converged communications. Its highly integrated XciteR VoIP chipset is ideally suited for developing multiple innovative VoIP end points and is powered by an ARM926 application processor running Linux OS, together with a powerful DSP processor.

XciteR offers a wide range of embedded software features, including HD voice, multi-line, multi-party conferencing and mobility support through DECT (News - Alert)/CAT-iq handsets and headsets.
