Teen retailer Five Below is opening a new store at 905 Joe Mann Blvd. in Midland.

MIDLAND, MI -- Five Below, a retailer catering to teens and pre-teens, is opening a new store in Midland.
Birmingham-based Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services, a full-service property management and development company, has completed a 10,500-square-foot lease on the retailer's behalf, according to a Broder & Sachse Real Estate Services news release.
The new store is expected to open early next year at 905 Joe Mann Blvd., formerly a Famous Footwear. Nearby businesses include Family Dollar, Kohl's, Ulta Beauty and Michaels.
In the release, Five Below is described as a "rapidly growing specialty value retailer offering a broad range of trend-right, high-quality merchandise targeted at the teen and pre-teen customer."
As the name suggests, all store merchandise is priced at $5 or less.
The nearest Five Below store is located at 3435 Tittabawassee in Saginaw Township.
