Robert Lee Miller has been indicted by the Jefferson County Grand Jury after being accused of brutally attacking a woman in an attempt to steal her purse at Kroger.
Miller is facing one count of aggravated robbery, one count of felonious assault, and one count of resisting arrest for the incident that took place in Steubenville.

His bond has been increased from $150,000 to $250,000 in order to protect the public.
