Pioneer Natural Resources CEO-in-waiting sells 57,363 company shares for more than $10M
Tim Dove, current COO and future CEO of Pioneer Natural Resources, sold 57,363 shares of Pioneer stock on Sept. 20 for $10,112,523.27, according to SEC filings.
As pointed out by the Cerbat Gem, Dove still owns 289,693 shares of his company's stock valued at more than $50 million. Dove sold his 57,363 shares for an average price of $176.29 a share.
Current Pioneer Natural Resources CEO Scott Sheffield announced in May his intent to retire at the end of the year, according to the Wall Street Journal....
