Real estate investor Gladstone Commercial Corp. has purchased its second Denver-area property — an Aurora warehouse — and has a third investment in its sights.

The deal announced Monday is for a 124,800-square-foot warehouse and distribution building in the Upland Business Park near Interstates 225 and 70.

Records show that McClean, Va.-based Gladstone purchased the property for $8.3 million. The building is leased by construction-materials company Barton Supply.

Gladstone

last year purchased the Parkside Office Plaza at the Inverness Business Park for $18.25 million.

A third, yet-undisclosed Denver-area acquisition is scheduled to take place this summer.
