Discount retailer Dollar Tree and Deka Lash, a national salon franchise specializing in eyelash extensions, are moving into Boulder’s Meadows on the Parkway shopping center, according to a news release from property owner Phillips Edison & Company.

Deka Lash will occupy 1,479 square feet at the shopping center, while Dollar Tree will take 11,640 square feet, the release said.

“When deciding which retailers make the most sense for our centers, we review our merchandising plan to determine how each new addition will complement the offerings already in place and answer needs in the community,” Phillips Edison senior leasing professional Marissa Visconsi said in a statement. “Deka Lash and Dollar Tree will further diversify the center’s necessity-based goods and services, broadening its appeal to the local community.”
