Details

This request asked for information on the amount spent on hysteroscopic sterilisation using the Essure device between 2009-2016. The request also asked for the amount of women who underwent the hysteroscopic sterilisation procedure using the Essure device between 2009-2016.

NHS Improvement did not hold this information. NHS Improvement referred the requester to the Department of Health reference costs publications for further assistance and to the ‘Code to Group’ workbook for the HRG mapping of the hysteroscopic sterilisation procedure.
