Marifil Mines Ltd Annouces Grant of Incentive Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 29, 2015) - Marifil Mines Limited (TSX VENTURE:MFM) ("Marifil" or the "Company") announces that it has granted incentive stock options ("options") to directors, officers and consultants of the Company to purchase up to 4,300,000 common shares of the Company. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.05 per share and will expire on June 28 2020.

All of the options are being granted pursuant to the terms of the Company's stock option plan and are subject to regulatory approval.
