The St. Johnsbury Police Department arrested a man they say had drugs.
Police say during the execution of a search warrant on a Eastern Avenue apartment, Justin Schoppe, 25, was found to be in possession of a regulation drug.
Schoppe is charged with violation of conditions of release.
Additional charges may be filed against Schoppe and other individuals pending the investigation.
Police say they were looking for evidence of possession and distribution of regulated drugs.
He is due in court on February 22.
