The Bills signed Deane on Tuesday.
Buffalo just lost free-agent pickup Tyler Kroft to a broken foot for the next three months, so Deane was picked up to bolster the team's tight-end depth. An undrafted rookie out of Western Kentucky who was just let go by the Seahawks, Deane will start at the bottom of the depth chart in Buffalo and will have a long way to go to work his way toward a permanent roster spot.
