UPDATE: Altoona veteran has been found

The Wisconsin Department of Justice says Wischmann has been found and that the Green Alert was canceled. No further details were released.
A state-wide alert has bee issued for a missing veteran from Altoona.
Shaun Michael Wischmann, 36, was last seen Monday afternoon.
His family is concerned about his welfare after some statements he made to them.
The alert says he suffers from PTSD from overseas deployments and also has depression. His family believes that he may be traveling to North Dakota and may have a handgun in his possession.
The Green Alert say he has a tattoo on his left arm as a memorial to veterans he served with. He is believed to be in a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze with Minnesota plates 851DV.
