Alfre Woodard stumps for Clinton in Tallahassee

A group of Tallahassee's prominent African-American women hosted Academy Award nominee Alfre Woodard at a dessert and tea reception at the Governors Club Monday afternoon.  Woodard, a surrogate for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, was introduced to the capital city's "firsts," who broke down barriers that allowed this community to provide the best quality of life for African-Americans in the nation. Woodard pressed to get out the vote to close the door on a Donald Trump presidency.
