It hasn’t quite been the same type of whirlwind that Ronda Rousey was accustomed to prior to UFC 193, but new champion Holly Holm has been put through the paces in the week she’s been back Stateside.

Holm (10-0 MMA, 3-0 UFC) is a little more than a week removed from arguably the biggest upset in MMA history, a second-round knockout of Ronda Rousey (12-1 MMA, 6-1 UFC) in the UFC 193 main event in Melbourne, Australia.

She’s done the morning shows and gotten all kinds of celebrity congratulatory comments and been ringside for big boxing matches. There, the UFC’s new queen hung out with the Queen B, Beyonce.

And she also reprised a role Rousey had in the weeks leading up to UFC 193: She got to teach Kelly Ripa and Michael Strahan a thing or two about MMA.
