A crash on the Pennsylvania Turnpike killed an 83-year-old Greensburg woman Thursday afternoon.Lucille Nicasio was in the back seat of a car that hit the rear of a tractor-trailer near the Pittsburgh exit in Monroeville. She died shortly after 2:45 p.m.at Forbes Hospital.Two other people in the car were not hurt in the crash. The driver of the truck was also unharmed.State police have not yet said what caused the crash.
