Richton celebrates ‘Jacoby Jones Day’

RICHTON, MS (WDAM) - Richton High School celebrated “Jacoby Jones Day” on Thursday morning.
On August 30, 2016, Jones made his major league debut with the Detroit Tigers. The Richton native went 2-for-4 from the plate with a double.
During his time as a Rebel, Jones set the state record for all-time career hits. He went on to play at LSU and is now in his third season with Detroit.
