Further enhanced by Tenzing’s AWS and Oracle Commerce application expert support, the new solution resulted in 40% savings in hosting and support costs as well as improved scalability enabling a faster pace of innovation and development for FranklinPlanner.
The new site went live two weeks ahead of schedule. In addition to cost reduction, FranklinPlanner now completes network changes within days instead of weeks and the tickets are handled much faster than with the previous hosting provider.
