FremantleMedia North America CEO Thom Beers will step down at the end of his contract this summer, to be replaced by EVP of Current Programming Jennifer Mullin and EVP of Scripted Programming Craig Cegielski as Co-CEOs.

Mullin and Cegielski will report directly to FremantleMedia CEO Cecile Frot-Coutaz.

“It’s been an unbelievable ride and I’ve been fortunate to build an incredibly talented team,” Beers said in a statement.

Mullin, who has been head of FMNA’s unscripted branch for the past 10 years, oversaw game show franchises like “The Price Is Right,” “Family Feud” and “Let’s Make A Deal,” and is launching “Celebrity Family Feud” on ABC this summer.

As EVP of scripted, Cegielski launched FMNA’s foray into scripted development and introduced its first series, “The Returned,” on A&E this year. Cegielski has been with FremantleMedia North America since 2013.
