Wander over to 1318 E. Pine St. in Capitol Hill and you'll find Dingfelder's Delicatessen, a new deli that features a walk-up window where it sells New York-style sandwiches. So far, it's been well-received: it's got a five-star rating out of 10 reviews on Yelp.

Eater Seattle reports diners will have to get their sandwiches to go for the next several months while the deli builds the sit-down portion of the restaurant. Try sandwiches like egg salad, pastrami, and corned beef with slaw and mustard on marbled rye. Sides include coleslaw, chopped chicken liver and potato salad.

Yelpers are fans of the new Eastlake eatery: it's got five stars out of 14 reviews, so far. This is its second location, with the first Dad's Diner in Anacortes.

Expect notable menu options like savory French toast, biscuits and gravy and fried egg sandwiches for breakfast, and burgers, fried rice and grilled ham and cheese sandwiches for lunch.

The menu features a variety of dishes such as skewers, hot pots, noodle dishes and snacks as well as appetizers, soups and salads. Try the xiaolongbao (steamed buns); the spicy hot pot with Spam, fatty flank, fish tofu and potato; and shredded chicken cold noodles. Here's the menu.
