Lakers fans freak out after they notice a critical Lonzo Ball tweet in D'Angelo Russell's likes

The Lakers have the No. 2 pick in the NBA draft, and it’s almostĀ assumed that they’ll take hometown star Lonzo Ball with that pick.

Let’s not forget that the Lakers have a young point guard in D’Angelo Russell, so when fans noticed a critical tweet about Lonzo Ball in Russell’s Twitter likes, they did what fans on Twitter do and completely freaked out.

This was the tweet, saying that “there is no way in hell” the Lakers should pick Ball, which has since been unliked.

But the thing about being a professional athlete is that no social media activity goes unnoticed. Every single like and retweet gets dissected, especially as the draft approaches. This was how Lakers fans reacted to the tweet ending up in Russell’s likes.

To be fair, it’s relatively easy to accidentally like a tweet. It’s happened to all of us. We don’t know if Russell is actually against drafting Ball, but we do know that Twitter will never change.
