Missing Woman Found In Mission Viejo

An 81-year-old woman was reported missing in Mission Viejo early Wednesday morning. FOUND.

MISSION VIEJO, CA - Aurelia Liddiard was found, Mission Viejo police services said. She went missing last Tuesday morning near the Bahamas and Georgetown intersection. The 81-year-old woman from Mission Viejo who suffers from dementia was reported missing Wednesday in Mission Viejo, according to the Orange County Sheriff´s department.

Liddiard is white, 5 feet 2, about 110 pounds, with gray and brown hair, the sheriff's department said.

She was wearing a white hat, gray sweatshirt, black pants and black and white Nike sneakers, authorities said.

Lt. Todd Russ told the Orange County Register that Liddiard has a history of going missing, has a bus pass and is known to frequent Balboa Island.

Anyone with information on Liddiard's whereabouts was asked to call the Orange County Sheriff's Department at (714) 642-7000.
