Officers allegedly located 32 Suboxone strips, 2.2 grams of marijuana, an unloaded 9 mm handgun, assorted prescription pills, two small bags of a substance believed to be cocaine, and three scales during an inventory search of his backpack, according to O’Keefe.

Cyr was held without bail and is scheduled to be arraigned today.

He was housed in the Middletown House of Corrections at the time of the arrest. In June 2015, he was arrested on warrants and in July 2015, he was arrested on warrants and a fugitive from justice charge in Massachusetts, according to reports online. Cyr was also arrested in November 2014, in Hooksett, after he allegedly stole a Walmart customer’s purse, according to the New Hampshire Union Leader.
