3rd suspect in June Double Churches Rd. murder denied bond

COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM) - One of the men accused of a deadly shooting at Double Churches park in June appeared in front of a judge on Wednesday.

Derain Waller's was not awarded a bond and his case was bound over to superior court. Waller was arrested August 11 and is facing murder and probation violation charges. He was arrested in Phenix City.

Waller, Jacquawn Clark, and Akevius Powell are accused of killing Demonde Dicks Jr., on June 15.
