And Ben Affleck looked a bit weary as he stepped out in Los Angeles on Monday still wearing his wedding band.
The 42-year-old looked fit in a tight T-shirt as he entered a theatre just hours after the former nanny, who is alleged to have had an affair with him while still married to Garner, broke her silence on social media.

Christine Ouzounian, the 28-year-old fired for allegedly having a fling with the Batman star, broke her silence to post a paparazzi photo of herself on her Instagram account with the caption: 'She's just a girl and she's on fire' -- Alicia Keys.'
Although Ouzounian's Instagram account is private, the post quickly started circulating on public accounts.
The pretty college graduate has been holed up at the swanky Hotel Bel-Air in Beverly Hills after photos of her late night rendezvous with Ben in LA on July 17 surfaced last week.

It's claimed that Ben, 42, is picking up the tab for all of her expenses while she's at the resort which, according to People, could already total more than $12,000 for a week's stay.
Ben's reps continue to deny there's any truth to the affair rumors, dismissing the claims as 'garbage'.
While media attention has focused on the exact nature of the relationship between the actor and the ex nanny, Ben has just returned from spending time with his children in Atlanta and at his secluded plantation-style estate on the coast near Savannah.

On Sunday, he was spotted outside of his Atlanta rental home in shorts and a T-shirt smoking a cigarette and with a chilled drink in his hand.
The day before, he and his estranged wife took their two daughters and three-year-old son Samuel to a local mall, the first time Jen and Ben have been seen in public with each other since the nanny rumors broke.
Both stars wore their wedding bands as they've made clear they intend to keep doing for the sake of their children but a source told Entertainment Tonight that the two barely spoke to each other and the mood was 'cordial but distant.'
